   Massaggio Esclusivo 2 armchair (1 pc.), color: Ecru I bought it a few months ago, so I can safely leave a review.

   The chair I purchased is one of the best investments today, I can’t imagine not having it, especially after a whole day of work when I can relax and rest. My wife and I use it and we fell asleep more than once during the massage. Full relaxation. I recommend it! It’s worth it!!! As for the company, the gentlemen came, installed, explained everything, described every detail, very polite and professional, as well as the store staff, especially since I bought the armchair over the phone without looking at it because I live too far from the store, the lady on the other side, during the conversation, professionally advised me on my and my wife’s needs. the armchair will meet our expectations and we have the Masaggio armchair. I RECOMMEND PS. So far, we haven’t had any problems with the armchair and we use it almost every day.

   Hello, my husband and I have been happy owners of a massage chair since April. The chair’s great appearance fits the interior of our living room. It’s wonderful. I use it twice a day in the morning and in the evening and I feel a lot of relief because I am a truck driver and I sit for eight hours, so I have back pain, but after a wonderful massage the pain goes away, I heartily recommend it

   It started innocently, with an idea. “What if you could get a massage every day, and not only on a massage pad, at your parents’ place, on special occasions? “What if you didn’t have to risk your health by calling a physiotherapist during the pandemic?” And this idea took almost a year to come true in the blink of an eye.

   My dearest wife has an incredibly long, slender neck. Something that undeniably adds charm and sex appeal to her, but is also her curse. Frequent radiating pain, tense neck muscles, and in extreme cases migraines are only part of what this anatomy is associated with. Meanwhile, as – to put it simply – an IT specialist, I have a completely sedentary lifestyle, especially since the home office pandemic continues. And even walking the dog several times a day didn’t improve it.

   I chose the chair pragmatically; I analyzed the market offer, selected two leading companies and compared their products in relation to my needs. That’s how I came across our new purchase from about a month ago: Massagio Esclusivo 2. Technically, its 135cm SL-shape, foot and calf massager, Zero Gravity position and two features: 181 cm length and Zero Wall, perfectly met our expectations. The latter are particularly visible in the photos.

   When it comes to health – whether physical or mental – there is no price too high. Of course, it may be an obstacle delaying the purchase, but it is not an excuse not to make it. It took us two days from decision to order. From ordering to delivery of the next three. And so, on Wednesday, a two-person Rest Lords team visited us to install the new purchase. In less than an hour, 120 kg of technology was placed on the second floor of the building, in a space measured down to the centimeter. The above-mentioned hour was also enough for instruction and payment processing. Everything in an incredibly nice atmosphere, while maintaining the highest standards of personal culture, not to mention the “sanitary regime”.

   Unfortunately, the service had to visit us for the second time after less than a week. On the other hand, it was an opportunity to test after-sales support, which (a little against my will) is a kind of hobby for me… It turned out that due to a defect, one of the airbag hoses was damaged. RestLords took just a quarter of an hour to respond via the online form! We had to wait a week for the repair itself (which took only 15 minutes and was enough to effectively remove the defect), but in accordance with the service’s recommendations, there was no need to stop the chair’s operation even for a day.

   Before I start describing the device itself, a warning: whatever chair you buy, massage yourself MAXIMUM once a day for the first week and for up to 20 minutes. Or shorter. And preferably with a pillow under the lumbar and developed back and neck protection in the chair. Otherwise you will suffer. You can ignore this appeal at your own peril – but I warned you! Later, however, it only gets better. 20 minutes of morning stretching and an evening full body massage or 30 minutes of relaxation – this is my dream of comfort come true. Meanwhile, a neck and shoulder massage is exactly what my wife needs.

   The armchair is made of artificial leather. And here many people will shout “oh, no, SKAJ!”. None of these things. The one used here is incredibly reminiscent of the natural one and is equally comfortable. I have seen similar coverage, among others: in the “leather” upholstery of Mercedes, or on the rear upholstery of (definitely more) leather seats in the VW group. Yes, it’s not a joke, the “leather” in the new Merolki of class lower than S is called “ecological leather” and is a material similar to that in the Esclusivo 2 armchair. Therefore, calling it artificial leather would be equivalent to calling a dolphin a fish. Yes, it may swim like a fish, but it is a full-fledged mammal. Similarly, this material is closer to leather than polyester textiles pretending to be leather, not breathing, sweating or cracking. I will be interested to see how it behaves over time.

   The armchair can be safely placed approximately 2 cm from the wall. However, this must be done “by eye” and checked carefully, because the set does not include, for example, a distance from the base or a template that would allow it to be easily “attached” to the skirting board. This can be seen in the attached photos from the folded and unfolded position. The automated desk in the photos is set to a height of 108 cm during the massage. It should also be mentioned that the 181 cm indicated in the instructions is the basic length of the unfolded seat. It does not take into account the fact that the footrest contains a telescopic mechanism that adds additional centimeters. Therefore, it is best to provide an area that is only slightly wider than the chair itself, without any obstacles, at a height of up to 115 cm in an area of ​​approximately 2 meters. As for the location where the armchair should be placed – I recommend choosing a small, intimate room, where you can cut yourself off from external stimuli: darken the windows, separate yourself from the door with a partition, in peace and quiet. In our case, these conditions are met by the corner of the office room, although originally (due to its dimensions) the armchair was supposed to be placed in the living room. Choosing a more intimate room and installing it “in millimeters” turned out to be a bull’s-eye.

   The built-in automatic programs are very well profiled. I especially recommend Full-body and Relax. However, do not think that area programs, e.g. Neck-and-shoulders, will only provide massage in one place. This is why there is a manual massage function, controlled entirely by remote control. Each of the automatic programs, although focused on a given area, massages the entire back, and each of them has its place as a stand-alone program. It’s a pity that the manufacturer does not allow the distributor to upload software modifications, e.g. containing local translation. I can imagine people complaining about the operation of a chair with an Italian-sounding name only in Chinese and English; This situation concerns the well-known Nintendo Switch console and Poles complaining about the lack of Polish localization in many titles, not to mention the menu itself. So it would be a nice accent for a product costing several thousand zlotys.

   What really disappointed me was the limited possibilities of building your own programs, lack of memory for additional settings (e.g. Bluetooth or ionizer) and insufficient control over individual pneumatic zones. Also irritating are the LED strips on the sides of the seat that dim due to the engine load and cannot be turned off or their brightness controlled (but we can dim the remote control’s backlight). Similarly, I must mention the turning off of the Bluetooth speakers when the chair ends the massage and an error in the instructions that led me to believe that the telescopic mechanism of the footrest is automated and not just self-returning (spring-based). For a few paragraphs of advantages, we have one devoted to… well, why? It is difficult to consider these elements as significant defects. Maybe a better name would be imperfections? Let’s stick with this name. All the elements described here are definitely not flaws, but imperfections.

   To sum up, Massagio Esclusivo 2 is an amazing armchair with huge potential, slightly overshadowed by underdeveloped software. It massages wonderfully, removing even serious cramps in a relatively short time (for the device). It will not make a physiotherapist suddenly unnecessary, but it will effectively reduce the number of necessary visits, which is especially valuable in times of pandemic. If one negative paragraph did not discourage you from purchasing, controlling the power of the mechanical massage by placing a pillow does not deter you, and in addition you have limited space (when unfolded with the distance from the wall, it takes up less space than the physically smaller Eccellente 2 Pro) – do not hesitate any longer. This is the armchair for you! However, if I had an extra half a meter of space and wanted to spend a few thousand zlotys more on the armchair, I would probably consider the Stravagante 2 model again. Until then, Esclusivo 2 fully meets our common and individual needs. My wife and I believe that it will serve us for many years.

   My wife and I are both 54 years old, our professions result in a sedentary lifestyle, and to be honest, after finishing work, we do not have much desire or strength for active recreation. That’s where the idea of ​​a massage chair came from. We were wondering for a long time which chair to buy, the offer is wide, numerous models, different prices. The worst thing was that I had no idea what the differences were between these seats and where the differences in prices came from.

   I accidentally came across your website, and here I was finally able to understand the principles of operation of the armchairs and what is the difference between them.

   We chose the Massaggio Exclusivo 2 model. The equipment was delivered quickly, using company transport, two men efficiently placed the armchair in the prepared place, assembled it and connected it to the network, answered all questions and moved on. Fast, efficient, professional.

   Since then, 3 months have passed, my wife and I usually use the chair twice a day, in the morning and in the evening, and my sons also often “start” the machine.

   Both my wife and I clearly feel the improvement, the person becomes more relaxed, the spine stops bothering them, the evening swelling of the lower limbs decreases, the muscles around the spine and shoulders are less tense.

   I absolutely do not regret a single penny spent on this device. You should have come up with this idea earlier :-)

   I honestly recommend purchasing such a chair.

   The armchair was purchased about a month ago, so we can already share our opinion about it. The device is made very aesthetically, which makes it look good, and it also has many functions that are easy to use. The whole family has been using it every day since purchasing it. The seat adjusts automatically to both tall and short people. Using the chair is pure pleasure, and back pain is no longer bothersome. We are very pleased with it and recommend it to anyone struggling with health problems of the spine and other parts of the body.

   I have been struggling with back pain radiating to my leg for many years. It is so troublesome that I went to a physiotherapist, but I would have to use his services every day, which was impossible. Then I decided to buy a massage chair. I looked through many offers and analyzed various models and their functions. The Massaggio Esclusivo 2 armchair seemed to be the most suitable for my needs. I called Rest Lords to ask a few more questions. I met very nice, competent and helpful staff who offered help when placing an order. I bought the armchair at the end of November 2020. The next day the armchair was already at my home. It was a breakthrough in my functioning. From that day on, I massaged myself every day. The first massages were a test of all the available functions of the chair, of which there are many. The chair massages almost the entire body, scans the body and automatically adjusts to the height of the person being massaged, you can adjust the strength of the massage for each part of the body separately and adapt it to your needs. The stretching massage program turned out to be my “salvation”. I recommend the Massaggio Esclusivo 2 chair to everyone for a health and relaxing massage. I am 100% satisfied with it, and so are my loved ones.
