   We bought the MASSAGGIO ESCLUSIVO 2 armchair 2 months ago. Very nice service, thank you to Mrs. Monika for her patience and time. Next day delivery. As for the chair itself, we are very satisfied. We bought the armchair online without testing it or seeing it in person, hence my thanks to Mrs. Monika, who answered all my questions, from important ones to such as “Is the armchair noisy?” It was thanks to Mrs. Monika’s exhaustive answers to my questions that we decided to purchase MASSAGGIO ESCLUSIVO 2.

   We have chosen the courier delivery option. The armchair came in two boxes, very solidly packed and protected against damage. Assembling the chair did not take much time, it does not require any special skills, and in addition, the video from the vlog shows step by step how to assemble the chair, we were only confused by the additional screws that were included in the package, but after a while of thinking everything became clear. The folded armchair looks great and makes a good impression, especially among guests. The first thing that surprised us was the strength with which the chair massages, and it should be noted that it is not a toy or decorative furniture, but a solid, heavy and professional equipment for massaging and relaxation. The chair has nicely adjusted automatic programs. The zero gravity position 1 and 2 is also great, although with my height of 185 cm, I lower the footrest a bit when using position 2 for greater comfort. A useful addition are the speakers, which make it more convenient to use, and the handy panel thanks to which you can, for example, change your position during the massage without having to reach for the remote control. I would like to emphasize once again that the chair gives a lot of massage, we have both been using it almost every day for two months. At first, I considered the inability to set the massage force in automatic profiles to be a disadvantage, but after several sessions and with regular use, I found that I was wrong, the massage force is adequate, even in the zero gravity position when massaging the lumbar section it is pleasant and comfortable. With regular use of the chair, after a few weeks I started to feel the back pain that I had suffered by straining my spine during the holidays disappear, and now I have almost forgotten about the pain. My wife is satisfied with the leg massager. Since we got the chair, she has stopped complaining about calf cramps. To sum up, we are very happy with the purchase and the relaxation the chair gives us both. The chair gives a great massage to the back and legs, and the air massage of the arms and shoulders is also relaxing.

   The advantages of the chair include:

   – comfort of sitting in it,
   – the strength of the massage and the ability to adjust it in manual settings,
   – possibility of freely setting the position, regardless of the backrest and footrest,
   – a wide range of massage, from the neck to the thighs, feet, calves and hands,
   – the armchair is very quiet, we have it in the living room and it does not disturb us when watching TV
   – back heating speakers and a handy panel make the chair more convenient and comfortable to use.

   As for the disadvantages, in my opinion, the lack of the ability to mute the remote control and the lack of black color.

   We highly recommend purchasing the armchair, it really relaxes and helps with back problems and painful calves, it is super relaxing and relaxing, I only recommend using it as often as possible and starting the massage adventure slowly and gradually to avoid soreness as it was in my case ;-).

   The ecru Massaggio Esclusivo 2 armchair was a gift for my Dad’s 60th birthday

   The gift in the form of an armchair was a hit!!! We are a sporty family – we run an equestrian center and after riding horses every day, relaxing in a chair is invaluable. The muscles are really well massaged and you don’t feel any tension after the whole day. Apart from the birthday boy, the entire family and friends who visit their parents use it (everyone says they want one :). We have had the chair for a month now and it is used at least three times a day. A great solution in the chair is voice control and the ability to select massage programs using the friendly voice “ALICE”.

   The decision to purchase from RESTLORDS was not accidental – this is the fourth armchair purchased from this company. The previous 3 were purchased two years ago (Stravagante models). I have one at home, the second was bought for my father-in-law, the third was bought by a friend. Everyone is satisfied throughout the entire period of use. The seats have been 100% functional for two years and despite use, there is no sign of wear on them – and I actually use the chair at least once every two days.

   I highly recommend purchasing a chair at RESTLORDS.

   I am satisfied with the purchase. The chair massages as needed. It’s a bit fiddling with the settings at the beginning, but it’s manageable for those familiar with technical innovations. Although I think this may be a drawback for older people. However, my elderly mother requires help with the settings, even if you can use the memory function. To start with, you definitely need a blanket. It is a rather solid product and I hope it will last a long time. It looks very good, although I regret that it is not available in a real leather version. Professional service. Delivery and installation flawless.

   I bought the Massaggio Esclusivo 2 armchair two months ago as part of a Black Friday promotional offer. After 3 days, the goods were delivered safely on a pallet via a courier company – in two separate boxes (for self-assembly). The big advantage of this model is the fact that it has removable side modules – so there is no problem with getting the chair through a standard-width door frame. The assembly of the side panels is simple and took me about 20 minutes.

   The main reasons for choosing this model were:

   – The longest available massage range – 135 cm (from the neck to the buttocks)

   – An extensive leg massage module – both feet and calves. This solution is particularly important to me and brings real relief – because I often struggle with the feeling of sore, tense and heavy legs.

   – ZERO GRAVITY position – this was also a necessary condition when choosing the chair. This position is optimal and allows you to relieve the spine – which makes you relax even better.

   – Possibility to configure two own programs for individual needs. Initially, I thought it would be an unnecessary addition, since there is a whole range of automatic programs – but I was wrong. Currently, these are the programs I use most often, because they allow me to select the chair position (inclination, footrest height), the force with which the pneumatic cushions should work, the temperature, etc., even better suited to individual needs.

   – Automatic scanning to adjust the operating range of the massage rollers depending on height – and, importantly, with the possibility of manual correction of this range.

   The functionalities that are missing from my point of view – but would be useful – include:

   – No backlight on the remote control – it’s a bit bothersome when it’s dark around, but after some time you can operate the remote control blindly

   – No option to dim or turn off the side lighting – in my case the armchair is in the bedroom – and such an option would be useful.

   However, these are minor inconveniences that do not matter much among the long list of advantages.

   As for me and my wife, buying the armchair was a really good idea. It allows you to relax after a hard day and eliminate accumulated tension. It’s also an additional pleasure to look forward to :)

   The opinions written above fully exhaust the advantages of this chair, so there is no need to write about the positives :) However, I will write about the nuances related more to the structure of the chair and the height of the user. While the back length is adjustable (automatic adjustment is not always set at the same level, but this problem can be corrected at any time using the remote control, just remember the optimal setting for yourself or save the adjusted program in the device’s memory), the position of the airbags on the shoulders and hands and forearms is constant and optimal for a person 180 cm tall and above. I am 180 cm tall and in order to rest my hands in the places where the pastern cushion is, I have to straighten them quite a bit, my wife is 156 cm tall and her fingertips reach this place, and the cushion intended for the forearm near the elbow falls on her wrist. My shoulder pads are at the optimal height, but my wife doesn’t even touch them during the massage, they are fully inflated on the sides of her neck. To sum up, the chair is a truly amazing thing, but it must be taken into account that shorter people and smaller people will use the chair to a limited extent. Perhaps other manufacturer’s models will be more optimally designed for them.
