30 days for the final decision

Therefore, we are extending the statutory period for returning a purchased massage chair to 30 days. This applies to every model!

Do you remember our motto ” Your well-being is all that matters here”? When we say something like that, we mean it. We find it extremely important that our customers are fully satisfied with the chair they have chosen, which is why we give you extra time to make your final decision. This gives you 30 days to try out the massage chair and check all its functionalities without feeling rushed. If you aren’t satisfied with the chair, you can return it.

The conditions for returning the chair within 30 days are the same as for the statutory return policy. All it takes is for you to fill in the return form and send it back to us. We will send a courier to collect the massage chair from you. If the chair is not damaged, we will refund your money within 14 days. The only cost you will have to bear is the transport costs, which is PLN 300 (a courier service). However, if the massage chair is delivered to you using the Carefree Delivery formula, you will have to pay additional shipping costs. It is also worth noting that the right to return the product does not apply to purchases made for business purposes. This right can only be exercised by individuals who purchase the chair for their own personal needs, and entrepreneurs who enjoy consumer rights, and for whom the purchase of a massage chair is not directly related to a commercial or professional activity.
