I am very satisfied. Three people use the chair. My son after training at the gym, my husband relax after a stressful job and I stretch after a few hours at the desk. A very comfortable and beautiful piece of furniture in the bedroom. Worth buying. The only drawback is the lack of backlight in the remote control.

I bought the chair about 1 month ago. It meets my expectations and I confirm the positive opinions about it here. The armchair is perfect as a place to relax and unwind after a tiring day. It looks very professional and elegant. I recommend it to everyone to buy it. Please remember to order the chair with assembly, as the chair itself is very heavy and moving it to the place of use may be quite a problem for less able people. In my case, the installation was performed by two men who were very polite and performed the service very quickly.

We have been using the Massagio Esclusivo 2 massage chair for 3 months. After this period, I can write a few sentences about the purchase, service and quality of the massages.
Purchase.
Before purchasing, my wife tried 4 armchair models in the company store in Olsztyn. The choice fell on Massagio Esclusivo 2 because it is great at massaging the feet and calves and gives a strong back massage (more on this in the quality of massages section). We were worried about how we would be able to get it into the apartment (it’s big, though) and connect everything. When purchasing, you can choose the option of transport and delivery to the apartment. This is a great service. The gentlemen carried and assembled the armchair efficiently. Then they took the time to explain everything again in detail how to use the seat and the remote control.
Service.
I think many people may be scared by the multitude of options in the settings on the remote control. However, from experience I have found that one or two ready-made programs are enough. In most cases, all you need to do is sit on the chair and press one button to start the massage. This is a great option for older people who may be afraid of complicated surgeries.
Quality of massages.
We are very pleased with the quality of the massage. The chair massages from the base of the skull to the end of the buttocks. Ready-made programs are completely sufficient, although if you want, you can write yourself two additional programs for what and how to massage.
One sentence about the power of massaging. The rollers press really hard. At first it bothers and hurts (then you can put a blanket under your buttocks and an original fold-out pillow under your back), but after some time we are happy about it because the chair has potential.
A successful purchase and I recommend it to anyone who is hesitant.

The Massaggio Esclusivo 2 armchair was bought 2 months ago for the mother of the children for Mother’s Day. Due to her age of 80, she struggles with various pain conditions. He loves reading books, which unfortunately caused neck and spine pain and made him feel worse. Since she started regular massages (comfort massage turned out to be the best), the pain has subsided and her well-being has improved, and she smiles more. Now she reads her books with peace and pleasure because she knows that she has a friend waiting quietly for her. We are also happy because the gift “hit the spot”. Everyone was delighted with the operation of the chair, various types of massages and its appearance. Great.
I would like to thank the company not only for the product itself (which helps people fantastically) but also for the very professional and friendly service. A massage chair, or rather a relaxing and massage one. It effectively relieves tension from the body and sometimes… puts you to sleep.
Disadvantages – the remote control is from a different era, not so modern, some functions are “dead” and therefore redundant.
Foot massage rollers massage with such intensity that it hurts and cannot be adjusted.
I put a pillow around my tailbone because the rollers work quite mercilessly for me.
Advantages – quality of workmanship, friendly material, multitude of programs, including the possibility of individual settings, the ability to choose the seat position, airbags (calves, arms, shoulders) – priceless.
The heating and negative ion option and music that you can play from your phone via BT make a difference.
To sum up, it is not just a momentary joy from a purchase that stops being fun after a short time. It’s an everyday moment or two that you look forward to
The body is grateful, relaxed and the mind is calm. I love this machine and I’m glad I have it and… I wouldn’t give it up to anyone for anything in the world

Actually, everything that could be said about this armchair was expressed in his opinion by Mr. Krzysztof Borowiak… nothing more, nothing less. I would like to draw your attention to the RESTLORDS company itself. This company – starting from the website, information, help and customer care – is a standard that I would like to see in all companies – service providers, it is an absolutely premium company on the Polish market. Maybe you could add training for others to your core business???
