Zero Gravity is by far the most comfortable position of the body inside the massage chair ensuring an unprecedented experience. By reclining in the right way, the chair will gently remove the pressure on your muscles and joints, taking them into a pleasant, weightless state.
Special position of the massage chair in which the angle between the torso and thighs is approximately 120 degrees and the knees are at the level of the heart. It minimises strain on muscles and joints.
Soothing warmth will envelop your body every chilly evening. By using the infrared heating function, the chair will warm your back muscles and further calves, making them pleasantly relieved.

I bought the MASSAGGIO STRAVAGANTE 2 armchair a month ago, I surprised my family :)
We use it almost every day, one by one – the whole family. After one program, I always want to start another, different one… And that’s what we do :)
Each program massages differently, so every person, whether older or young, sporty, will find their own appropriate mode, I personally recommend stretching.
The delivery was quick, the gentlemen brought it in, installed it and answered questions. And the most important thing for me was what the service looks like in the event of a failure. It was nice to hear that there is no need to send the chair – the service comes to your home.
I rate it 10 out of 10. I highly recommend it.

The armchair was ordered at the end of March 2021. Good contact with the store. The carefree delivery option is very nice and fast. The gentlemen who delivered the chair were very nice and professional. Bringing in, assembly, and instructions for use are a plus. Unfortunately, at the very beginning we had a problem with the operation of the chair and it was replaced with a new one within a week. Later it only got better ;)
First, a few general comments about the chair:
– in the chair with the most “best…” it would be useful if the remote control was wireless. It would also be nice to be able to control the chair via your phone.
– every time you want to turn on the manual mode, you must first start the chair in automatic mode. This seems unnecessary and quite unintuitive (first of all, it should be clearly described in the manual). A much better solution, however, is the option of turning on the manual mode independently, especially if you want to use, for example, only the seat heating function and then you also have to “turn on” the automatic mode and then turn the function off after scanning.
– it would be useful to be able to adjust the temperature – in this model there is only one temperature and at the end of the massage it is a bit too hot. We solve this by turning off the heating function at the end of the massage, but if there was an option to adjust the temperature, I think it would be a plus for the chair.
– it would be worth considering introducing the “emergency seat lowering” option. In our case, at the beginning of use, we had a situation where the chair got stuck in the Zero Gravity position and did not want to return to the basic position. Taking into account the size of the chair and its positioning, “leaving” the chair from such a position is quite uncomfortable and, in the case of people with certain mobility limitations, practically impossible without the support of third parties. I would like to emphasize, however, that it was a one-off situation and the seat was replaced with a new one and it did not happen again, but this does not mean that introducing additional security is not worth considering.
We hope that your comments may be useful when designing new, even better armchairs.
Overall we are very pleased with the purchase. The armchair looks simply great and makes an impression even when standing. Additional illumination on the sides and the dimensions of the armchair give the impression of “cosmic” while maintaining high elegance. The armchair in our living room looks, so to speak, elegant and attracts the attention of guests without cluttering up the space.
Over a period of over six months, my husband and I have already tested most of the functions, and certainly all available automatic massages. The stretching massage is one of our favorites. Due to health problems, my husband uses the chair almost every day and is very satisfied, the massage brings him great relief. A very nice option is a leg massager. After a whole day of walking, this is truly beneficial. The option to turn on the 02 air flow and the Bluetooth speaker that allows you to connect music from your cell phone also deserve great praise. My husband and I use the chair every day, but our parents and sister also had the opportunity to test it and their delights were endless. My mother, who has problems with her spine and numbness in her hands, said after just one session on the chair that she felt improvement, and this is probably the best recommendation. Every time she visits us, from the moment we enter she “screams” to turn on her massage. It is also worth noting that thanks to the spine scanning option, the chair adapts to each person individually and is suitable for both short and significantly taller people, for thin and fat people, etc.
To sum up, apart from minor problems at the beginning, which were quickly and professionally solved by RestLord, the chair works EXCELLENT. We do not regret a single penny spent on equipment, although it is not a cheap purchase. Extensive functionality, multitude of automatic massages and additional options, spine scanning and adjustment of the scope of massage to a specific person, seat heating, airbag massage, foot massager and leg (calf) massage, air flow 02, ability to turn on music from the speaker mounted in the chair. Oh It would be possible to list all the available features and possibilities of this armchair for a long time. We have been looking for a massage chair for a long time, we have read a lot and I think that if someone is looking for a chair that will last for years and cares about functionality, reliability and appearance, they have come to the right place. In addition, RestLord’s pre-sales and post-sales service is at a high level, they are always willing to advise, give suggestions and listen patiently. I wholeheartedly recommend this chair and the store. If we ever plan to replace the chair, we won’t look for anything else but go here :)

Customer service 5/5, transport service 5/5. Regarding the chairs: Esclusivo 2 – 2D back massage is 5/5, foot massage is 4/5, but you need to help press your feet. Massage range is from neck to thighs. Stravagante 2 – 3D back massage is 5/5, foot massage is 3/5 with fewer rollers and no angle adjustment. Buttocks massage is very gentle even at maximum power. Massage range is from neck to middle of the buttocks, which is a downside. Programs do not save massage power settings, requiring manual adjustment. Rollers occasionally squeak. Overall, the large price difference favors Esclusivo 2.
