   A presentation at ShowRoom in Warsaw is a very interesting experience. A lot of time, the opportunity to try many models and friendly service. It’s a pity that they let you in (the door code works) exactly at the agreed time. And that in itself is OK, because you make an appointment for a specific time, but if someone arrives earlier, you have to stand and wait in the cold or rain – in the sense that there is no waiting room and the door is directly outside.
   Service at the level of 5. Hassle-free contact, purchase, delivery and assembly on site in a few minutes.
   As for the chair itself:
   + the highest model of this manufacturer
   + massage at the highest level
   + very relaxing, e.g. before bed
   + comfortable
   + great look
   + 3D – a necessary feature, much better than 2D in other models
   + electrically locked leg section. Once scanned, it locks into the set position. In other models, it may shift during the massage, or you have to press the legs lightly all the time and it is uncomfortable. Perfect here.
   + zero gravity
   + zero walls
   + comfortable head pillow
   + generally everything you can read in the description
   Everyone can try it in the salon and there is really a difference if you compare it with lower models. It’s definitely worth paying the extra. However, I will focus more on the minuses, because for this price one expects perfection, and unfortunately, for some reason, they ruined the simplest things that irritate mercilessly. Several people have already written this in 4* comments, so I will just try to summarize.
   – overall, the chair’s operation is terrible. Every time the first minute in this chair is “torture”. The competition has a better solution to this.
   – this pilot is a failure. Its placement is tragic. The cable gets tangled under the thighs and buttocks. To remove the remote control in the ZeroGravity position, you need to lift yourself up in the chair using your abdominal muscles (like crunches during PE) – a nice exercise, but not at this moment. The buttons are not backlit, so you often press the wrong button (at least at the beginning of use). You can only change options when the chair is already working.
   – no memory of settings (profiles). Each time after turning on and selecting the automatic function, the chair scans the body, which takes quite a long time and is pointless. If automatic scanning is insufficient, you have to change the settings manually each time. For example, in my case the neck massage setting is too low, so I have to reach for the remote control every time (I have to hold it on my thighs, sometimes it slips because the cable pulls it while the chair is scanning) and set it manually at the right moment, because if I miss it, it will then I have to go into manual settings, so I’m staring at the remote control in a lying position, which makes me feel a bit dizzy, and after setting it, when I put it back in the hole and lie down again, I’m in a slightly different position than during scanning, so this is the whole scanning process. it stops making sense. Additionally, the chair is already starting the massage phase, so some of the pillows are already inflated, so you cannot find a comfortable position for some time, and you cannot press your hands into the massage pillows and have to wait a few seconds for them to relax. Massacre.
   – bluetooth is the biggest drawback of this chair and it would be the easiest to fix. It works like it did a decade or two ago. Of course, there is no memory for Bluetooth activation, so you have to manually set it again every time. Let me start by saying that you can only start doing it after you start the actual massage, so you have to wait from turning it on throughout the entire scanning phase. Then you need to enter the manual options and at the very end, by clicking through all the functions, you can turn it on and then wait a while until it starts. Then you have to pair it again on your phone because it doesn’t remember the connection like even the cheapest speaker for PLN 20 from the store. And only then can you choose the music you want to listen to. Of course, you then have to wait for the airbags to deploy so that you can lie back in the seat and engage your hands in a hand massage. All this in a slightly raised position with tense abdominal muscles, or with dizziness with a numb hand raised high above the head. And finally, you still have to move a little in the chair to find a good position, because during this operation the person has already moved around in the chair and all the scanning that was done at the beginning is in vain. I will add that during pause this option is blocked, so all this must be done while the chair is massaging!!! And it would be enough to move this function to the very beginning (there are already other settings there) before the seat even starts to recline. Or add a button on the seat. Or even ignore Bluetooth and use a cable jack. Well, there are 1000 solutions and they chose the worst one. Generally, it spoils the whole effect of relaxation, because from the very beginning you are… nervous.
   – the speakers are ok, but not of the highest quality. A very nice “surrounding by sound” effect, but if someone would like to buy this armchair only because of the speakers, it is not worth it. They can be easily replaced with headphones or speakers in the room and at least there is no mess with Bluetooth settings. I’m thinking about placing my own stereo speakers on both sides of the chair and setting the music before I turn on the chair.
   – the ionizer makes a little noise and if someone wants to listen to relaxing music, it disturbs them. I don’t use it at all.
   – heating – it’s great that it is there. It’s not nice that you can’t set the heating power.
   – voice assistant. When we want, we have to repeat the command “Hi Alice” several times to get him to listen, but if I have a TV in the room, he can say “I’m here” many times during the movie when someone on the TV says something like ” Austria”, “Hajs”, etc., or when there are several people in the room and they are just talking, so the “standby” mode must be turned off after each use of the chair and turned on again after turning on the chair.

   Sometimes I would like to get a massage, but I give up because I don’t want to go through the whole adjustment process, which is simply uncomfortable (even painful) and stressful, which is exactly the opposite of what this chair was created for.

   Overall, I am very satisfied, but these shortcomings could be easily corrected and the product would be perfect, but for some reason someone did not do it. For this price I find it unacceptable.

   Speed, professionalism from the very first phone call – wonderful ladies with a smile that is visible even over the phone. The “assembly” team are elegant men in black – fast, professional and nice – everything explained and a nice smile afterwards – keep it up. And the armchair: it is my son’s joy, complete rehabilitation and, most importantly, it helps him. We also use it from time to time and it is a moment of relaxation for us.    The service is at the highest level, and the chair does its job, I am satisfied with it. The only drawback is the issue of operation, all settings have to be changed on a working chair, over time people have developed a way around this by starting the massage and then pausing – then you can conveniently set what you want and how you want it.    The armchair was purchased a few months ago, it is my first purchase at REST LORDS and I am very impressed with the service – it is really great.
   The chair was delivered, assembled and then real life began. The MASSAGIO STRAVAGANDE 2 armchair is phenomenal, I haven’t worn a spinal belt since purchasing it, my blood pressure has even regulated and my well-being has improved – I just want to live. I recommend purchasing this armchair not only to those who have back problems, but to everyone, it really relieves stress. All functions work efficiently and are very easy to use. I recommend it because it is worth taking care of your health and well-being.

   I bought the chair a few months ago mainly due to my long-standing spine problems. Now, with hindsight, I can say with a clear conscience that this purchase was a bull’s-eye. Frequent rehabilitation and massages limited my time and wallet. However, after purchasing this chair, I have professional help always at hand. The device is refined in every detail and has many programs and manual settings. Everyone will find something for themselves in this model.
   And now the best part: my wife was very skeptical about this purchase at first, but after trying it just for fun and to stick to her decision – she was incredibly surprised. She said it’s ok to return the honor. He claims that such a massage at the end of the day is a great way to relax and unwind.
   I heartily recommend it. It’s a no-brainer. Health is one thing – it is not available in the pharmacy.

   One by one: the service department is completely professional. From the first phone call, through placing the order, then my combinations, everything went perfectly. Because I wanted the morning hours, the gentlemen were at my place at 6:15. They brought the armchair, assembled it, connected it and explained it. So Rest Lords deserves a beautiful Valentine’s Day card.
   The chair massages, is comfortable and generally fulfills the functions for which it was created.
   However, the software operating the chair is underdeveloped. One by one: you can read a lot about bluetooth connection in other comments. But that’s not the only problem. To turn on functions such as heating, communication or zero gravity, the chair must be working. So instead of lying down and enjoying the massage, I have to fiddle with the remote control. The airbags are also working at this time, so the whole game is very irritating, because after that, for example, you can’t push your hand back into place because the airbags are inflated :-). Pressing the pause button means that you cannot make any changes to the set parameters, which is a pity. Someone very wisely thought that the chair stays in a tilted position after the massage, most often I fall asleep during the massage. But what if after the massage the Bluetooth connection disconnects with a bang and wakes me up? The seat heating also turns off. In equipment for this price I expected 3D speakers, but I got speakers from a market stall that crackled in some tones. Entering the manual function takes place only after first selecting one of the eight automatic programs – in my opinion this makes no sense. As I wrote earlier, the chair works, and only then can you select individual settings. As if there couldn’t be a manual function under the list of automatic programs, which allows you to set the appropriate parameters before starting work. It’s a pity that the buttons on the remote control are not backlit, the same applies to the panel built into the chair. Heating: either it’s hot or there’s no heating. No adjustment possible. Every car with heated seats has the ability to adjust them, so it doesn’t seem to be a particularly complicated technology.
   Overall, I would buy the chair again, and what I wrote above means that sometimes ill-considered software solutions take away my joy when using the chair.

   I’m back with another opinion. This time it concerns the Stravagante 2 model, because I took advantage of the special offer of “exchanging the massage chair for a new model”! My first opinion concerned the Eccellente 2 Pro model (bought then primarily for my beloved wife, on August 12, 2021 – you can read the opinion I wrote on October 11, 2021). The replacement was not due to dissatisfaction with the chair and its functions. My choice at that time was optimal. Centered, so to speak, when it comes to the price/performance ratio (functions). You need to give yourself time to evaluate the effects of using the armchair, and it is difficult to do this by immediately choosing an armchair from the top shelf of the Massaggio series. Two years have passed practically unnoticed (unfortunately…). The effects associated with the repeated use of the chair were astonishing, so it was difficult to refuse to take advantage of the fascinating – in my opinion – possibility of replacing the chair related to the purchase of the previous model. Again my wife had a surprise!
   Stravagante 2 is already a “habilitated doctor” among massage chairs (the professor was shown to me by a very nice and patient Mrs. Adrianna. I had the opportunity to test it during my recent stay in the salon in Olsztyn :)). We start with scanning the spine surface (3D), with the option of self-correction, which will adjust the massage to individual curvatures, several massage techniques to choose from, with the possibility of individual adjustment of intensity, speed, width range (depending on the program and massage technique), extensive airbag massage , and we end with the opportunity to choose the massage technique that best suits us and create a program based on it, taking into account our preferences. I won’t go into detail because you can read it in the description and specifications. We have been using the Stravagante 2 armchair (because I also joined my wife and children) since the end of May, so I am certainly not under the influence of emotions that appear at the moment of first contact with this massage chair. I definitely recommend it for health and relaxation!
   The quality of customer service offered by Rest Lords does not influence my opinion of the chair. I fell in love with this company (!) from the first contact in the showroom in Wrocław. And this love continues to this day, only and exclusively because………. is reciprocated. The highest level from presentation, through delivery, to after-sales service. And I know something about it because I used the Eccellente model for two years. There was a minor leak in one of the airbags. The reaction is almost immediate. There was no suggestion to seal it with a “drop”. The service men (great team, best regards!) came and sealed it. An approach to the customer that is very rare today. If someone is thinking about a massage chair, Rest Lords will be the best choice! Apart from the armchair, of course…… 😊

   Let me start by saying that I have been looking for information about massage chairs for a long time, and I have formed an opinion about what I really expect from this type of equipment.
   I compared lower-end Rest Lords models, such as the Eccelente 2 model, and higher-quality models from the Pro-Wellness brand competition.
   When choosing a chair, you must take into account everything from quality and comfort to service in the case of a warranty, where the manufacturer takes care of the customer and comes if necessary during the warranty period and after it. And here Rest Lords wins in many of these fields.
   I was looking for a chair with very extensive massage functions, from massager arms to airbag massage systems and foot massage rollers. In addition to these things, it was very important for me that the chair itself was comfortable to just sit in and relax without the massage functions. This Stravagante 2 armchair has everything I needed.
   From the very beginning you can feel the high quality of workmanship and durability of components that contribute to true relaxation and relaxation. Many functions and modes of automatic and manual massages provide real relief and relaxation. The chair has many amenities such as a foot massager, Bluetooth music, back and leg heating, and hand and arm massage – and these are just some of the functions that will make your stay more pleasant.
   My family also likes to use this chair, and the guests are initially at a distance and after the massage are impressed by its positive impact on health and well-being. To sum up, I recommend this armchair to anyone who values ​​convenience, comfort and many advanced functions that make it up :)

    After 2 months of explantation, the great Massaggio Stravagante 2 equipment raises the bar high among other massage chairs, it makes you think about what you would like to have in addition to the existing functions, it led me to Fujiiryoki JP2000Fujiiryoki JP2000, but this is a different level of massage. Before the purchase, I did not go to the showroom for presentations because I had older models and I based my expectations on them, let’s say from the previous era, and they were not cheap seats, but the current ones are the Kosmo Massaggio Stravagante 2 and the Fujiiryoki JP2000, which complement each other perfectly.
