My name is Paweł Majer, and I’m the co-owner of Rest Lords. It’s a pleasure to welcome you into a world where your well-being is all that matters.

Our mission

Our aim is to provide the ultimate in relaxation through massage chairs that are tailored perfectly to your unique needs. How do we do it? By offering carefully selected products, expert guidance, and comprehensive service – from consultation and purchase to delivery and ongoing maintenance. All backed by outstanding reliability. Our story

• 2009 – Where it all began
  My business partner Grzegorz Najmowicz and I discovered massage chairs for the first time in Western Europe. We saw their untapped potential and decided to act on it.
• 2011 – The birth of Massaggio
  After two years of testing massage chairs and visiting factories in Japan and China, we created our brand – Massaggio. Now we could design chairs exactly how we wanted – combining functionality with modern style.
• 2012 – A double debut
  We launched The Massage Chairs’ World website (“Świat Foteli”) and became a distributor of Fujiiryoki – the inventor of the massage chair. Thanks to the trust of our Japanese partners, the door to the premium massage chair market opened wide for us.
• 2015 – Inauguration of Rest Lords and a breakthrough product
  In 2015, we officially launched Rest Lords. Our business model focused on e-commerce, and we continued to expand our brand portfolio. That year we introduced the Tokuyo iFancy – the first 2-in-1 chair that combined massage and lounge functions.
• 2016 – First showroom
  Our first showroom opened in Olsztyn, where customers could finally “feel the difference” before buying a massage chair online.
• 2017 – Trade fairs and “Vacation with Rest Lords”
  We made our debut at European trade shows and launched a summer campaign offering customers a holiday as a reward for purchasing a massage chair. Full-on relaxation!
• 2018 – Three steps forward
  • We added the Spanish Keyton H10 to our lineup – the first and only fully customisable massage chair.
  • We moved into new headquarters in Olsztyn.
  • Our blog topped 100 articles, spreading the word about massage chairs and relaxation across the web.
• 2020 – A pandemic that made us stronger
  During COVID-19, our thoughtful logistics and e-commerce experience led to record-breaking sales. With gyms and SPAs closed, we delivered massage chairs to homes when people needed them most.
• 2021 – Expansion and FoRest Lords
  We opened our first international showroom in the Netherlands and reached the other end of Poland with a showroom in Wrocław.
  We also launched the “FoRest Lords – Together for Nature” project, planting forests for a better shared future.
• 2022 – iRest, IFA, and retail networks
  A major leap: we became the European distributor for iRest massage chairs and co-exhibited at IFA Berlin. We also began working with major retail chains.
• 2023 – World’s first R-ShowRoom for massage chairs
  We introduced a groundbreaking concept merging physical and remote service with our semi-autonomous R-ShowRoom in Warsaw.
  We also became a distributor of the popular Bodyfriend brand.
• 2024 – Scaling innovation
  We opened a second R-ShowRoom – in Kraków – and automated our warehouse operations. We also celebrated Rest Lords’ 15th anniversary with employees and business partners from around the world.
• 2025 – Still going strong
  This year marks another exciting chapter full of passion, new tech, and – as always – next-level relaxation. :-)

MANAGEMENT BOARD

With great pleasure, we ensure that the Rest Lords engine runs smoothly, consistently, and with vision and motivation. Our goal is for our brand to be valued by customers, employees, and contractors alike. We actively support sales, marketing, finance, service, and logistics teams – making sure everything connects into a reliable and professional operation.

SALES DEPARTMENT

You’ll find us in Rest Lords showrooms in Warsaw, Wrocław, Kraków, and Olsztyn. When you call, we’ll be happy to answer your questions and chat about any massage chair in our range. With enthusiasm and passion, our team will explain how the chairs work and the technologies behind them, help you choose the right delivery option, and keep you informed about when your chair will arrive.

Business Development

We coordinate all B2B activities, build relationships with new business partners in both domestic and international markets, and support large retail chains looking to expand their product range. Whether you want to enter the massage chair market or are already involved but interested in the iRest or Massaggio brands, we are the right people to contact. We offer fast and reliable consultations, help you select the most relevant and optimal product range for your company, ensure the most suitable delivery, and assist with service issues.

MARKETING DEPARTMENT

Planning and carrying out all Rest Lords marketing activities is our team’s job. Every day, we focus on developing the brand’s corporate image, along with promoting the company and the products in our range. We coordinate the launch of new products, prepare media campaigns, and create advertising materials. Above all, we make sure that when you’re searching for a massage chair, you’ll find us.

FINANCE DEPARTMENT

Our daily world revolves around spreadsheets, transactions, invoices, and contracts. Many complex files – often difficult for others to decipher – pass through our hands. Tax law holds no mysteries for us, and accounting software presents no surprises… for now. We also handle orders, payments, invoice processing, and ensure every document is properly managed.

LOGISTICS

The warehouse is our kingdom! We take care of courier shipments, optimise delivery routes, manoeuvre massage chairs inside, and provide demonstrations, showing customers how to use their new purchase. This is where we thrive.

Warranty Service

We know massage chairs inside out. That’s why service calls are no problem. Equipped with tools, parts, and know-how, we visit customers to carry out maintenance or repairs – even after the warranty ends.
