How does the visit proceed?
R-ShowRoom is a unique project that blurs the boundaries between physical and remote customer service presence. The first step to visiting the showroom is to book a visit online via the booking panel, where you select a date, enter your details and pay a nominal refundable deposit of PLN 1 (to confirm your booking). Then, well in advance, a Customer Advisor contacts you by phone to discuss your appointment and answer all your questions. After the call, you receive an SMS with access – in the form of a code – to enter the semi-autonomous showroom. Before your arrival, the Customer Advisor activates the showroom’s ‘live’ functions. At the appointed time, you enter your code, open the door, enter and see a full form of the Advisor. Thus begins an exciting visit to the unique R-ShowRoom, during which you are free to test the functionalities of the massage chairs and choose the ideal model for you.
Maximum comfort
The booking system and security features used in R-ShowRoom mean that there is no possibility of anyone disturbing you during your visit. The entire showroom, all the massage chairs and the expert support of the Customer Advisor are there just for you. You can look around the room in peace, touch the upholstery, sit in the chair of your choice and feel the massage arms glide over your back and the air cushions wrap around your limbs. Importantly, you can be accompanied by a maximum of 1 person during your visit, not including the Advisor. Why? Well, we want you to be able to get 100% out of your time at R-ShowRoom. The intimate atmosphere is designed to maximise your comfort and allow you to focus entirely on the pleasant experience of a massage in the massage chair.
