This is my first massage chair and I don’t know how I managed without it until now. And my partner will probably become an armchair addict.
When it comes to the chair itself and its massage functions, it’s great. He taps, presses, massages. Well, just complete relaxation. The only thing I miss is that these singing birds and the massage music in general have to be set anew each time. Well, it’s just a nice addition. The chair was created for massage and it does it wonderfully.

I have been the happy owner of the MASSAGGIO ESCLUSIVO 2 massage chair for 3 months.
Why happy? Well, this armchair met (still meets) my expectations. It is a time capsule into which I enter tense and leave rejuvenated, massaged and relaxed. In my opinion, ladies and gentlemen, there is no need to think twice about purchasing such a capsule, just buy it spontaneously if you want something incredibly wonderful with a cutting-edge design. This is my best purchase in a long time and I highly recommend it.
I will also add that when I relax I listen to the chirping of birds and fall asleep :)

I confirm everything that my predecessors wrote: “The chair is magical and brings me back to life” – these are the words of my wife. She is a rural veterinarian and does not treat hamsters, kittens or Yorkies. He treats large, strong animals that often have other ideas for life than submitting to the doctor’s actions. The poor girl comes back, barely alive, after fighting with bulls, she crawls into the chair and… a miracle! :) It comes to life and then runs like a sixteenth note :).
Now about the flaws, and more specifically about the flaws (because they are tiny or even smaller). Alice’s microphone is placed right next to the speaker. So sometimes Alice shows up at the least expected moments: one of Frank Sinatra’s songs triggers a record three times. So you must be prepared for your nirvana to be interrupted by Alice asking “what are you talking about, man?”. I once even kept a list of songs with Alicja included (there was quite a bit of that), but I got bored of it. IT happens and you need to be prepared.
Another issue is the lack of implementation of the Polish language. For an average IT specialist, this is an evening’s work, because there are only a few dozen words on the display, and yet the company did not decide to install it. On the other hand, anyone who sold anything to, for example, Germany, knows perfectly well that the German one MUST be installed, because the Germans will not buy it. Their language is the sine qua non of sales. Why is it different in Poland? To save a few dollars?
So maybe some software update?
Next: the chair turns off – the massage program ends, then there is a click and everything suddenly stops. It’s a bit like being woken up with a bucket of cold water. Anyone like this? You can do it more delicately: the chair moves slower and slower, and the music fades away… only then is it over

Apart from these little things that most of us won’t notice, the chair is really worth recommending and buying.

Awesome armchair!!! She gives a really good massage. It looks amazing in the living room and is made at the highest level in terms of quality. We had the Exclusivo armchair for 2 years and it never let us down. As part of our cooperation, the company purchased the previous model from us and sold a new one in version II. That’s great on their part and we don’t regret a single penny spent on this device.
The only reservations about the new version are that the heating in the previous model was better, this one heats much weaker.
What would I do in a newer version… I would use a separate Bluetooth module with the option of connecting a memory card or USB to play music. What is now via Bluetooth is a bit tiring, because after each massage you have to pair the phone again and start the music. And after the massage, the music turns off, and it should still be playing quietly while I take a nap after the massage. I would use an independent mp3 player.
Overall, a great chair. I recommend it to all hard-working people and others.

The quick decision to replace it with a new model turned out to be a success, the chair has more massage functions, an aesthetic and modern look and fits perfectly into the living room, a small minus for the squeaky plastics at shoulder height during airbag massage, with this class of equipment This should not happen, but these are the only comments, the rest is much better and more functional compared to the previous model. I recommend.

In one word “SUPER”!!! This is my second armchair, bought as part of replacing the old one with a new one, and for the second time everything went very quickly in a family atmosphere. The old armchair was priced very favorably. The new model meets expectations. It is more modern, with voice control. A lot has been improved, the shape of the rollers has been changed for the better, a few new rollers have been added, we now have leather under our feet. I must admit that the previous armchair was also great and if it were not for the attractive price of the new one after giving away the old one, I would not have replaced it so quickly (after 3 years). Massaging has become a daily cult, like morning coffee, and I cannot imagine life without these 20 minutes (x 2) of pleasure with a body massage and my own thoughts. I had a “manual” massage twice and that’s it, and I don’t go for such a massage anymore since I have my own masseur 24/7.
