R-ShowRoad visit – step by step

  1. Booking your visit

    You can book the visit online through a form or by phone with our Customer Advisor. Visits are available by appointment only, ensuring you get full attention and maximum comfort.

  2. Phone consultation with an expert

    After booking, an Advisor will call to go over the details of your visit and answer any questions you might have.

  3. Access code

    After the call, you’ll receive an SMS with your personal access code – it unlocks the R-ShowRoad showroom.

  4. Entering the showroom

    Before your visit, our Advisor remotely prepares the mobile showroom: deactivates the alarm, powers on the equipment, and unlocks the door. At your scheduled time, you simply enter your code, open the door, and step into a spacious, more than 50 m² interior designed for relaxation and stress-free chair testing.

  5. Your time with the massage chairs

    You’re free to explore: touch the upholstery, experience the massage, change settings, and ask questions. Even though you’re alone in the showroom, an Advisor is there virtually via the R.A.R.E. system (Remote Assistant Real Experience) – you’ll see them on screen, hear them clearly, and talk as if they were right there with you. It’s all designed to help you find the massage chair that truly suits your needs.

If you find the right one, you can place an order with the Customer Advisor. If not, no problem – the experience costs you nothing beyond the time you spend trying the chairs, and that alone is worth it.

And most importantly? The entire showroom is yours and yours alone. No other clients will enter during your appointment. Peace, privacy, expert support, and you – everything for your full focus on the experience, and make an informed choice.

No, the Advisor isn’t physically there. They support you remotely, answering questions and helping you choose the right model.

How long does the visit last?

A test visit typically takes about an hour – enough time to explore and compare your chosen models at your own pace.

How many chairs can I test?

There are 12 different massage chairs in the R-ShowRoad. After a brief consultation, the Advisor usually recommends 2 to 4 models that best match your needs, and those are the focus of your visit.

Is the visit free?

Yes, the mobile massage chair showroom visit is completely free, and there’s no obligation to make a purchase. If you’re not ready to make a decision, you still walk away with a valuable experience.

How should I prepare for the visit?

To ensure a comfortable experience while testing:

  • Wear comfortable clothes and skip belts or jewelry.
  • Avoid eating right before your visit.

Is there a toilet?

No, the showroom does not have a toilet. It’s worth keeping that in mind when planning your visit.

Yes, you can place an order and pay electronically in the showroom. Please note that cash payments are not accepted due to the showroom setup.

  • Carefree Delivery – Our team will deliver, carry in, assemble, and explain how to use your chair at a time that suits you. Delivery time: up to 10 business days.
  • Courier Delivery – The massage chair arrives on a pallet for self-assembly. Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. can arrive as early as the 2-3 next business day.
