In today\u2019s post, we return to the well-known and popular models: iRest Supearl (A336) <\/strong>and Massaggio Stravagante 2<\/strong>. We will check what characterizes both massage chairs and what are the advantages of one over the other.

Massage system and basic functions<\/h2>

The Massaggio Stravagante 2<\/strong> offers 3D massage<\/strong>, while the iRest Supearl (A336) offers 2D massage<\/strong>. This means that the Stravagante 2\u2019s massage arms can be adjusted in three dimensions \u2013 up-down, left-right and deeper-flatter against the line of the spine \u2013 and the Supearl chair\u2019s arms in two \u2013 up-down and left-right.<\/p>

It should be added that iRest leads in the number of automatic programs \u2013 it has 12<\/strong>, while Stravagante 2 has 8<\/strong>. However, the Massaggio model uses 11<\/strong> massage techniques, whereas iRest uses 5<\/strong>. The range of the massage in both chairs is similar: both Stravagante 2 and Supearl offer a massage where the massaging arms move along a contoured guide (SL-shape<\/strong>) from the neck to the thighs.<\/p>

The advantage is noticeable in the number of airbags in the compared chairs: Massaggio Stravagante 2 has 64 <\/strong>airbags, which looks impressive compared to the 24 <\/strong>airbags of Supearl. Massage with airbags in Supearl is possible in the areas of the calves<\/strong>, forearms<\/strong>, arms<\/strong>, and feet<\/strong>. Stravagante 2, in addition to these areas, also massages the waist<\/strong>, thighs<\/strong>, and hips<\/strong>. It\u2019s worth knowing that in Stravagante 2, it is possible to turn on or off the airbags for the upper or lower parts. In Supearl, the choice is to turn on\/off the massage in the area of the arms, legs, and feet, just the arms, or just the legs and feet. The intensity of the massage with airbags in both chairs is adjustable in 3 levels.<\/p>

Leg massage and heating<\/h2>

The leg and foot massage<\/strong> in the discussed models is another very interesting topic. At first glance, there is a noticeable difference in the footrest itself \u2013 Stravagante 2 has a closed footrest<\/strong>, Supearl \u2013 an open one<\/strong>, which is significant for people with larger foot sizes \u2013 it affects the freedom of using the massager. In the Massaggio model, the footrest extends automatically \u2013 it\u2019s adjusted to the height of the user, in Supearl the user extends the footrest themselves. Both chairs have a roller foot massage<\/strong>. The roller foot massage may be adjusted in 3 levels of speed. The rollers in Supearl and Stravagante 2 have protrusions<\/strong> that deeply relax the feet and also stimulate blood flow. A characteristic feature of Supearl is the mechanical calf massage<\/strong>. From the inside, a special mechanism massages on the calves, from the outside \u2013 airbags performing a compression massage, and from the back \u2013 a roller. In Stravagante 2, calves are massaged from each side with airbags, and in addition by acupressure bumps on the back of calves. Stravagante 2 particularly takes care of the Achilles tendons.<\/strong><\/p>

An important feature that makes the massage more pleasant is heating<\/strong>. Both Stravagante 2 and Supearl, using a carbon mat, heat the back<\/strong>, and Stravagante 2 additionally heats the calves<\/strong>.<\/p>

Control and additional features<\/h2>

The models differ in control. Stravagante 2 offers 3 ways of control<\/strong>: through a simple-to-use, classic remote with a display<\/strong>, a handy panel<\/strong>, and also voice commands<\/strong>. Convenient operation of the iRest Supearl model is ensured by a tablet with touch buttons<\/strong> around the screen. In this chair, it is also possible to use voice control in English<\/strong>.<\/p>

The chairs are equipped with features that enhance user convenience. It\u2019s worth mentioning Zero Gravity<\/strong> \u2013 a very pleasant, joint- and muscle-relieving position. Both Stravagante 2 and Supearl offer two levels of this function<\/strong>, allowing you to choose your preferred degree of comfort. Both models have Zero Wall<\/strong>, a functionality that is particularly important in the case of Stravagante 2 \u2013 despite its size, it does not need a lot of free space to fully extend and automatically moves away from the wall. Massage sessions in the chairs can be accompanied by music flowing from built-in speakers<\/strong>, thanks to connecting one\u2019s own device via Bluetooth<\/strong>. Stravagante 2 also has 3 memory settings for custom programs<\/strong>. Interesting additions include hand magnetotherapy in Supearl<\/strong>, helping in the regeneration of skin cells, or air ionization available in Stravagante 2<\/strong>. Massaggio Stravagante 2 is equipped with a USB charger,<\/strong> and in Supearl, besides USB, it is possible to charge the phone inductively<\/strong>.<\/p>

Massaggio Stravagante 2<\/a> is available in graphite and beige-graphite colors<\/strong>, and iRest Supearl (A336)<\/a> \u2013 in beige and graphite-black<\/strong>. Supearl also has a version without a foot massager<\/strong> \u2013 iRest Supearl Open (A336-31)<\/a>.<\/p>
